NANCY LLOYD, YOUR REAL ESTATE CONSULTANT FOR LIFEAfter graduating from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science and a Minor in Business Administration, Nancy began her career selling airline software to airlines all over the world before moving into real estate sales.
It’s no surprise Nancy’s motto is a quote by the late, great Martin Luther King Jr., “Anyone can be great because anyone can serve.” Nancy is known by her clients as a skilled negotiator who always puts their needs before all else. She prides herself on educating her clients about the real estate market, helping her clients realize the highest possible price for their home in the least amount of time.
In addition, Nancy develops a strategic marketing system for each and every listing designed to get the home sold quickly, for the most amount of money, and with the least inconvenience to you. Always with your goals in mind.
In 2014, Nancy achieved her Masters designation in negotiation from the Negotiation Institute. |
